Under the direction of the Head of Product Design the Software Designer is responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and intuitive application designs using the most suitable, modern, and applicable methodologies. The graphical user interface is the first experience customers will have with a product/service which is why your role is vital for ensuring customer satisfaction through ease of navigation. By designing with the end user in mind, we seek to achieve and sustain customer loyalty.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science or the equivalent in a related discipline
• At least three (3) years’ professional experience.

Under the direction of the Head of Software Design and working closely with other developers, UX designers, business, and systems analysts the Software Developer will be responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programmes.  Testing and evaluating new programmes, determining operational practicality, and developing quality assurance procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or  the equivalent in a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with .net, up to 4.0 using C# in Visual Studio

Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Business Analyst will work alongside other BA’s and report directly to the PM to whom you are assigned.  You will be require to perform detailed requirements analysis, document processes and perform some user acceptance testing. Analytical thinking and being able to distill and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Bachelor’s Degree in information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent qualifications.
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in the field.

Under the direction of the Head of the Project Management Office, the Project Manager will ensure that the projects assigned to them are completed within scope, within budget and on time, by the application of formally defined Agile project management methodologies.  The types of projects will include but not be limited to Software Development, Technology Consulting and Technology Integration projects.

Your main duties will include:

• Project planning and management
• Project financial budgeting, tracking, and reporting
• Resource Management
• Oversight of project scrums & sprints
• Risk & Change Management

The incumbent will also support:

• Project scope and project proposal development
• the Business Analysis process
• Other duties as required

• BSc. in Management or a Technical Discipline
• Project Management Certification
• Three (3) years’ experience in project management
• Professional qualifications such as PMP would be a plus
